Client Service Advisor

Position Description

As a member of the Acrelic Interactive Client Service team located in our Warren, New Jersey office, you will be responsible for:

  • Initial Customer Setup - work with customers to establish their setup requirements, document assumptions, and manage to a new customer implementation schedule
  • Customer Support - respond to clients problems with their WarpSales solution and other Marketing or Selling related initiatives
  • Best Practices Advice - advise customers on best – practice approaches for marketing (demand creation and lead generation), and sales (lead qualification, sales campaigning)
  • Customer Retention - proactively working with customers to help them be delighted with their WarpSales solution and assist customers in expanding their use of WarpSales within their business
The Client Services team is responsible for support 12 hours a day; 5 days a week, and beyond that when needed. Our philosophy is to always go beyond the expected and delight our customers with great levels of support. Our Client Services team is responsible for retaining and developing our customer base.

You will answer customer calls, emails, and instant messenger requests, assist clients in isolating problems and walk-through corrective steps, and offer suggestions that yield improvements in customer results. You will also proactively reach out to customers and share important findings or observations that may improve their success rates and results. You will also be responsible for expanding the Acrelic Interactive Knowledge Base by documenting problems and resolutions such that other clients may be able to self-diagnose their own problems in the future.

Successful candidates will learn how to effectively handle many calls/emails/chat sessions, process them efficiently, and help build a world-class Client Services organization.  Learn more about Acrelic here:

Required Skills/Experience:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience using Email Marketing systems such as Constant Contact, Dart Mail, Double Click, Emaillabs, Exact Target, Vertical Response, among others.
  • Launching and implementing email marketing and other web-based marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of e-Marketing technologies and solutions such as Search Engine marketing, Pay Per Click, Banner Advertising, Content Promotions
  • Building and maintaining deep understanding of Acrelic Interactive and Customer related applications
  • Working with other team members to complete professional service projects on time, and delivery of outstanding services to Acrelic Interactive clients
  • Working experience in manipulating HTML content for marketing programs and ads.
  • 2-4 years experience in technical support organization
  • Excellent communication/problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated, strong interpersonal skills
  • Troubleshooting and analysis skills
  • Good understanding of Internet technologies
  • Familiar with CRM, Lead Generation, Marketing and Sales Effectiveness industries and ASP/On Demand models
  • Fluent in English
     

 

Desired Skills/Experience in:

  • Email Marketing at a hands-on level and strategic level
     
  • Project Management
     
  • Creating, editing, modifying, and manipulating HTML content and web pages using tools such as Frontpage or DreamWeaver
     
  • Evaluating and Choosing content for web advertising, lead generation, and other e-Marketing programs
     
  • Developing and implementing marketing programs with web and email technologies such as webinars, seminars, event registration and follow up, and lead generation
     
  • Using network troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute and nslookup
     
  • Understanding and troubleshooting issues with Web Browsers such as Internet Explorer, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP, Web Hosting, routers, firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers
  • Supporting large scale TCP/IP/LAN/WAN environment

     

 

Other Considerations:

We are looking for Part-Time and Full Time candidates. First 4-6 months will require extensive time on-site at Acrelic Interactive’s facilities. For some positions, arrangements can be made to shift time to alternative locations (work from home).
